John Reinhardt has over 15 years of experience improving operational efficiency and optimizing vendor utilization by driving data collection and focusing on systematic functionality. His program management experience has been centered around process improvement, change management, functional training, application valuations, vendor management, and global implementations. John has a wide range of experience working with local organizations, regional corporations, and global conglomerates. While focusing on end-to-end solutions and holistic improvements, John has successfully led multi-national teams to objectives resulting in increased efficiency, organizational cohesion, and realization of cost savings. John has experience within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Banking, Technology, and Agricultural industries. These exposures have allowed John to develop extensive familiarity with corporate, industry, and governmental regulations.
John has extensive experience leading multi-national initiatives spanning China, Europe, and South America. Some of his larger efforts have focused on cyber security preparedness and optimization, international divestitures, M&A (technology), ServiceNOW Implementations/Enhancements, and audit management. These engagements have met with success through John’s philosophy of clearly setting expectations, defining clear, attainable goals, and facilitating clients’ agreement on the meaning of “success” and how to achieve it.
John has an MBA from The Ohio State University, The Fisher College of Business, and a BA in Communications from DePaul University. He also holds PMP and Agile Scrum Master (PSM) certifications
