Matt rose from Manager to Director at Germane Solutions over a 12-year career.  There, he was integral in helping the company achieve its goal of establishing, improving, and maintaining the most efficient and financially viable graduate medical education programs in the country.

During his time spent working as a national healthcare consultant, he was fortunate to see the amazing things healthcare professionals can do when they are empowered and unencumbered by systemic inefficiencies and bureaucracy.

As Krystal Ball's Managing Director, Matt does more than run the day-to-day operations of the company. A gifted out-of-the-box thinker, Matt spends his day creating new ways to assist the healthcare community in transitioning from outmoded, cumbersome technology to the most cutting-edge and efficient systems available.  Matt has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and has spent much of his professional life focused on process analysis and improvement in large healthcare systems.

Matt has a BA in Public Administration from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
